This is baby Nathan Alexander Lai Sun Loftus.
He was born on Monday, June 11, 2012 at 10:33pm.
He was 6 pounds 5 ounces.
Teensy Tiny.
Lai Sun means trustworthy and considerate towards the differences between people.
Possibly you can't tell from these pictures, but he has quite a crown of straight hair. At first glance it seems to be brown - the same as his Daddy's. But underneath the brown hair is black hair. "Frosted Tips," Jay said, "Some folks pay good money for hair like that."
In this picture, I had swaddled him burrito-style and he almost opened his eyes for me.
